Can IPL 'second leg' be staged in UK? If bcci conducts ipl in UAE then Indian and other countries player have to quarantine for at least 7-10 days then the window will reduce to 10-15 days and it will become difficult to complete the remaining matches of ipl 2021, Also the T20 world Cup might held in UAE if the situation in india  doesn't improve.
